Sundried-Tomato Flat Bread


  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup of coconut flour
  • 1 1/2 tbs of physillum husk flour
  • 2 tsp of garlic powder
  • 1 tsp of onion powder
  • 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 cloves of minced garlic
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tbs of onion flakes
  • 1/2 tbs of seasoning 21 from Trader Joes
  • Sun-dried tomatoes
  • Fresh basil, chopped


  1. Preheat your oven with your pizza stone inside to 450°F
  2. Allow your pizza stone to heat up for 15 min
  3. Mix all your ingredients until well incorporated, then add the sun-dried tomatoes and chopped basil
  4. Turn your oven down to 350°F
  5. Place your mixture on a piece of oiled parchment paper, spread out mixture evenly into a round shape (or square if you prefer!)
  6. Place the flatbread on the pizza stone in the oven
  7. Bake at 350°F for 30-35 min
  8. Take out of the oven (just the parchment paper, not the stone) and allow to cool completely
  9. Enjoy
